Free 30m³ water in Selangor from Jun 08

I think most of us read it in newspaper some times ago about Selangor residents will get to enjoy the first 20m³ of water free from June 08 that KDEB has agreed to conditions set by water concessionaire SYABAS.

Today i received a water bill from Syabas. Guess what!! 4 Jun~4 Jul 08, my house only used 8m³ water. The bill amount is -RM0.75 le.. see, is negative le.. You must be very curious how -RM0.75 can be?! The answer is because our usage <20m³,>³ water, which cost RM6.75 for all Selangor residents. So, RM6-RM6.75= -RM0.75.

Actually there's one line in the bill states that " Bekalan air 20m³ pertama adalah dibayar oleh KDEB bagi pengguna di negeri Selangor sahaja bermula 1 Jun 08" :)

Maxis Supplementory Line

Above is my first month Maxis postpaid bill, which i'm using the most basic Maxis Supplementary Plan. I has converted my postpaid 012 to prepaid 012 since May 08 with sub under my brother main line. I very disappointed at the Maxis promoter who did not explain clearly what is the additional charge that you can exempt or avoid if you do not need that kind of service. When the bill come, i only realize that the Value Added Service need additional charge, even though it is only RM8 more. Before too late, i has canceled the Value Added Service immediately yesterday.

Here i would like to advice for those who want to convert form prepaid to postpaid, if you want your bill to be in min amount, you actually do not need the Value Added Service, for example call waiting, data service etc. I do not think that all maxis promoter know it, or they are kind enough to tell you that. Therefore you better do more survey before filling the form to convert you line.

I feel a bit regret to convert my line. Cause it does not seem cheaper, but even more expensive instead. Cause this supplementary line does not has active 10, it makes me pay more when i call and sms to those who i contact often. Besides, when making call i have to think of Peak and Off-Peak. grr... it is too late cause Maxis disallow user to convert from postpaid to prepaid, except you buy a new line with new number. Frankly speaking. if have to use new number, i would rather try other Telco..

Malaysia Public Transportation System

Yesterday was Sunday. I went to Mid Valley to 'walk walk' with my friend. To avoid traffic jam, i choose to go by KTM. Honestly, even though i has been stayed in Selangor for the past 5 years, but it has been 1 year i did not go Mid Valley. After yesterday shopping in Mid Valley, I thoroughly disappointed and very sad to say, PLEASE IMPROVE MALAYSIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. And i would never ever go Mid Valley by KTM again, I swear!!

Why i said so? When i wanted to take KTM from Mid Valley station home. it was over-congested like Sardin inside the KTM. I has waited for 1 hour, and only two trains came within 1 hour. Both time i also did not has chance to board. After 1 hour of waiting, i faded up. I decided to tap out, and took taxi home. Taxi fee has spent me RM23++. Convenient, but how many Malaysia afford it?

My SINCERE comment is --> KTM never improve since i come Selangor in Jun 2002. Now i has graduated from Uni and working now, the KTM condition still remain unchanged. OMG!! Msia boleh?! Betul betul "boleh"...

hallo, Msia gov.. wake up please! Pls put effort to improve public transportation system. When fuel price has raised up 78sen, we are forced to drive car too cause the transportation system are poor and shit like hell. In such condition, we cant live without car. You are burying us alive, killer...

Perhentian Kajang Genting Express

Now is the 2nd month since i moved to Kajang. Today i got a big discovery, where i found that actually there is Genting bus service from Perhentian Kajang to Genting Highland, very convenient for Kajangian.. hee.. i has started putting Genting into consideration when i feel like visit somewhere but got not much holiday.. Affordable, convenient, near, cold weather, nice place ... It is Genting, World of Entertainment!

Feel relax as tomorrow is Friday. Friday is the most enjoyable day to pass, due to its lunch time is the longest among weekday. And Saturday come after Friday. yahoo..

I'm looking forward to this weekend. Other than can have proper rest at home, more importantly, someone will come to visit me. ha, guess who?! :)

I has taken leave on next Monday, 7th July 08. I have to go car workshop to repair my car radiator. I has checked and found that water is leaking from its pipe. There's an obvious water mark. It is very dangerous if i drive far due to the engine can heat up. Luckily my company is just 8~9km away from my home, so far still OK. Tough wood!! Anyway, prevent is better than cure, this coming Monday must repair it. Hope it wont be too expensive... Grr.........

McDonald Sundae Cone

Today i went to have McD with my colleague, the Sundae Cone only 50sen. If not mistaken, before this every 1st day of each month got this kind of promotion. But now the policy has change to every 1st Saturday of each month, you can buy Sundae Cone at 50sen only! So cheap.. Try and check it out if you like Sundae Cone... yummy...

My sister's baby boy

He is my sister baby boy, who is only 4 days old. He still not named yet.

This picture shows he is going to fall asleep while drinking milk, with one eye already closed.. ha..cute..I will visit him during Hari Raya holiday, cause i will have company long holiday (9 days) at that time. :) wow... looking forward to it!

Skin & Body Lotion

A very big surprise when i received this Skin & Body Lotion as a gift from my project window person in Japan. He visited to Malaysia on last Thursday, very rush due to it was only an one day visit. He was pretty busy.

He left two bottles of this lotion under my group leader's table before he left company. I guess he worked quite late on Thursday night.. Feel touching when he called the next morning and told us about that.. what a nice man.. he bought from Japan..

Anyway, not yet open it to use yet. May try later. It is a Shiseido product.

New insertion for 2009 Oxford Dictionary

There are possible plans underway where  --->

New Electrical Home Appliance

After moving to new house in Sungai Chuah, i has bought some new electrical home appliance as below. All are pretty good, i got no complaint. With them, i lead a easier life.

Pensonic Steam Iron, model PSE-1002 costs me RM44.99.

Aspporo 12inch box fan, costs me RM34.90

2nd hand LG semi-auto washing machine, model WP-700N costs me RM100.

Philips 21inch, model 21PT5007, cost me RM459.

My Cute Nephew

Above is my 3 months old nephew ZX. I took this picture during his mum and his visit to me yesterday. ZX was born with 3.6kg weight 3 months ago, what a giant baby!!! :) I pretty sure my sister is very proud of him.. ha... He is quite easy to take care of, due to he rarely cry except when he is hungry, or want someone to carry or hug him. Other than that all are all right. It is normal for a baby right!! ha.... but please do not cry at the midnight, cause i want to ZzZzz.. :P

Below is ZX elder brother named HZ, who is now 17 months old. He's a hyperactive boy. I bet he is a super big challenge to his parent. HZ has started learning to talk last few months ago. Now he can speak some simple words, like daddy, mummy, popo, gonggong etc. Now he is very curious for every single thing around him. For example food, staircase, cabinet, switch, hand phone, PC etc even they are not his toy ___||| He tends to imitate how the adult act.. wow.. must be very careful and patient towards him to prevent him from learning bad things!! He is clever,smart and a fast leaner. I miss him so much even though yesterday i was tired of chasing after him.. haha...

I'm going to miss both of them!! oh, my cute nephew ~~

Training in Seremban Eagle Ranch Resort

Eagle Ranch Resort locates in Port Dickson, less than 2 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. If you like exciting outdoor activities, you may want to come here. It has a range of outdoor activities, for examples paint ball, go kart, trekking, canoeing etc.

I went there 2D1N for a motivation training in last few days. I'm very satisfied with the food and chalet there. It is beyond my expectation. The interesting part is I took obstacle course there, which includes Tarzan swing, 6 and 8 feet wall, log riding, tyre King, swinging bridge, rope netting, jump over ditch etc. It was fun to have it with your friend because it requests teamwork. For girls for sure they need guy help to finish the course. And you might suffer some minor injuries after the course.

At night there are many mosquitoes, so if you plan to go, better bring some mosquitoes spray or something to keep mosquitoes away.

Original Nokia Charger

I'm sad today. This is because i found that i left my original Nokia charger in Evergreen Laurel Hotel, Penang during my visit to Nepcon 2008. I stayed 3D2N there, when I checked in in 3rd June 08, and checked out in 5th June 08.

I pretty sure i left my charger there cause i charged my handphone once in the hotel. I has called Evergreen's housekeeping to check today, but they claimed that they did not find anything in the room.

I pretty sure the dishonest house keeper has taken it.

uhm...... It is my brand new original charger come with my N81... :(

No wonder my friend told me, you can judge a hotel by its after payment service!!

Mini Melts Ice Cream - The World's Coldest 100% Solid Ice Cream

Today i went to Ipoh Parade. Before home, i was attracted by a banner with the words Mini Melts Ice Cream - The World's Coldest 100% Solid Ice Cream. It sounds special!! Without delay, i ordered one with grape flavor to try. It costs me RM5.00++ plus tax. The look is so special like purple color pop corn, it is not like the usual ice cream. The taste is so so, quite nice. yummy.... But the volume is very little, RM5++ a bit costly.

My PET - Hamster

This is my hamster. Today is the 2nd anniversary when i bought for RM12. The purpose i bought her was to find a companion for a male black hamster which was given by my friend.

But after 1 year, the black hamster had died due to illness. Cry....
She has successfully give birth to 11 baby hamsters before her husband passed away. She is a great mama. Anyway, I has sold all of them because I had no place to keep them.

Now, she is still very active and healthy.

She likes to eat 'kua chi', 'eng cai' and long bean.

Illegal Bus Operator

On 6^th June 2008, after working I rushed to Pudu to catch a bus back to Ipoh. I did not buy a ticket earlier since it was not a planned trip.

I was really shock that the extra bus price has risen up to RM30 per ticket. According to the ticket seller, it was due to extra bus and increase in fuel price. They even arrogantly said that if I did not buy, other people will buy. It is like a daylight robbery!

A normal KL-Ipoh bus ticket costs only RM13.40. Extra bus will be RM15~RM18. RM30 is the highest price I experienced, which result in 123.88% price up compared to normal price.

We walked from Pudu to the front of Bursa Malaysia building to catch the bus, and waited there for around 40minutes for the bus to come and set out.

2 buses (max 44 peoples per bus) then arrived, one is yellow school bus(WMS7577), and another is blue factory bus(WGH4508). I am pretty sure it is illegal for these buses to operate as express buses.

The agent collected back the ticket issued when we were inside the bus to destroy the evidence.

I was very disappointed that the related parties do not take action to control this menace. There is a police booth inside Pudu but no action has been taken.

Our life has been tough since the increase in fuel and food prices. I have been in KL for the past 5 years, everytime if I did not buy ticket earlier I would end up being paying more for the ticket. But yesterday was the worst experience for me. I think our public transportation is at the critical stage and something has to be done to save it.

Thief

My house in Taman Sri Serdang, Seri Kembangan was being broken into during daytime when no one was at home. It happened on 22 Apr 2008. This is the second time in a year. I think the thief already know our daily activities well. Plus the house is double story type, very easy for them to broken due to no security guard like apartment.

My camera, jewelery, cash, bag etc was stolen. My house mate camera and laptop was gone.

I wonder the policeman got play the role of keeping the society safe, this garden bugler rate is very very high. I always can hear from my neighbor which house was being burglarized.

Feel unsafe here. Therefore i has moved to new place in Kajang.

My house back door was broken.


My room addition pad lock was broken.


My 'empty' piggy bank.
